1. Introduction

Welcome to the Department of Defense Specialist Corporation (DODSC). By accessing or

using any of our services, including training programs, summits, and the members-only portal,

you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all users, regardless of which service they engage with. If you do not

agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services

2. Services Provided

DODSC offers the following services:

 

● Training Programs – Specialized training designed to assist businesses in navigating

government contracting processes.

● Summits – In-person and virtual events focused on government contracting, providing

networking and educational opportunities.

● Members-Only Portal – Exclusive access to resources, templates, tools, and

educational content aimed at enhancing government contracting capabilities

3. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

To access our services, you must:

● Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

● Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

● Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify DODSC immediately of

any unauthorized access.

●Use DODSC services in compliance with all applicable Arizona state laws and U.S.

●federal regulations, including but not limited to laws governing government contracting.

● Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities while using our services.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

● Ownership: All content provided by DODSC—including training materials, templates,

videos, presentations, and website content—is owned by or licensed to DODSC and is

protected under U.S. copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

● Restrictions: Users are strictly prohibited from:

○ Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or reselling any DODSC content

   without prior written consent.

○ Using DODSC trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization.

○ Recording or sharing summits, training sessions, or materials without

   permission.

5. Payment Terms & Billing

● Fees: All applicable fees for training programs, summits, and membership are clearly

● outlined on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.

● Payment Methods: We accept payments via [list payment options, e.g., credit card,

PayPal, wire transfer].

● Authorization: By providing your payment information, you authorize DODSC to charge

● your account for the total amount due, including applicable taxes.

6. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made to DODSC are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly stated below:

 

● Event Cancellations by DODSC – If DODSC cancels a scheduled event, a full refund

or credit toward a future event will be provided.

● Training Materials – Once accessed or delivered, training materials are non-returnable

and non-refundable.

● Membership Fees – Payments for access to the members-only portal and associated

benefits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

This policy ensures DODSC can effectively allocate resources, maintain event capacity, and

protect proprietary content.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

 

● No Guarantees: DODSC does not guarantee any specific business outcomes,

contracts, or financial success from participation in our programs.

● Third-Party Services: DODSC may reference or provide access to third-party tools and

services. We are not responsible for third-party actions, content, or reliability.

● Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, DODSC is not liable for

any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not

limited to:

○ Loss of revenue, business opportunities, or profits.○

○ Errors, delays, or interruptions in service.

○ Unauthorized access to or use of your personal data.

 

Maximum Liability: In any case, DODSC’s total liability will be limited to the amount you paid

for the specific service in question

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DODSC, its officers, employees, and

affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

● Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

● Your misuse of DODSC services.

● Any breach of applicable laws or third-party rights.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

 

● These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Arizona,

without regard to its conflict of law principles.

● Dispute Resolution:

○ Any disputes must first be addressed through good faith negotiations between

you and DODSC.

○ If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Maricopa

County, Arizona, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association

(AAA) rules.

○ No Class Actions: You agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a

class action lawsuit.

10. ADA Compliance

DODSC is committed to providing access to its services in accordance with the Americans with

Disabilities Act (ADA).

● We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate individuals with disabilities at events

and in online materials.

● If you require accommodations, please contact us at least 10 days before an event or

prior to accessing digital services to request assistance.

11. Force Majeure

DODSC is not responsible for any delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our

reasonable control, including but not limited to:

 

● Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters, floods, earthquakes).

● Government regulations or restrictions.

● Cybersecurity incidents or technology failures.

● Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies.

● Strikes, labor disputes, or acts of terrorism.

 

If a force majeure event occurs, DODSC will notify users and may offer rescheduled services,

credits, or alternative solutions where feasible.

12. Termination of Access

DODSC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if you:

 

● Violate these Terms and Conditions.

● Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.

● Share unauthorized access to training materials or event content.

DODSC may also discontinue any service at its discretion without liability to users.

13. Amendments & Updates

DODSC may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of

significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated

terms.
