● Event Registrations: All payments for event registrations are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued if DODSC cancels the event.
● Training Materials: Purchases of training materials, including digital and physical
content, are non-refundable.
● Membership Fees: All membership fees, including access to members-only portals, are
non-refundable.

require significant investment in resources, including venue reservations, materials
preparation, and staffing. Non-refundable payments allow us to allocate these resources

● Intellectual Property Protection: Training materials and membership content constitute
proprietary information. Once accessed or distributed, they cannot be returned,
necessitating a non-refundable policy to protect our intellectual property.
● Administrative Efficiency: Processing refunds incurs additional administrative costs
and time. A non-refundable policy streamlines operations, allowing us to focus on

While our general policy is non-refundable, exceptions may be considered under the following
circumstances:
● Event Cancellation by DODSC: If DODSC cancels an event, registered participants will
receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
